If you didn’t know already, I live down in South Central this summer at my friends’ house at USC. If you have ever been to South Central, or have heard about it, you would know that it is not exactly the greatest place ever.
Part of that includes graffiti on pretty much everything.
My question though, is why is everything tagged in this city except this billboard?

And also, are people getting conditioned to be able to do the dancing without the arrow directions or what? Cause that seems like it could turn out to be slightly problematic…
