Day 1 lunch of “The Seriously I Just Want Some Bread Project” Today, for lunch we had Chic-fil-A here in the office in honor of Jason’s birthday.  Of course, I ate a grilled chicken sandwich, but replaced the bun with Matzoh.  The beauty of Matzoh is that you can make a sandwich with it literally with anything in the middle.  I’m sure this will be a trend over the next week.
